My role is to create a relationship in which you the client can obtain the help and support you require. The first step is to work together to establish what it is you want to achieve. This can be one of the most significant stages in the consultancy cycle. Having identified the goal, next we explore jointly how best to achieve it. Once we have agreed on the intervention required, I then tailor my service to match your needs. The final step is evaluation of my service and its impact on your people and your organisation. This is an important aspect of everything I do.
