My business acumen and specialist knowledge were gained in the Financial Services sector where my role latterly was to gain top level agreement to and ensure the successful implementation of HR strategies which supported the achievement of the organisationís strategic plan. Since leaving Financial Services over fifteen years ago I have grown my consulting business working on a variety of assignments in both the private and public sectors; in both large complex organisations and medium sized enterprises; in sectors such as Financial Services, Telecoms, Media, Engineering and Health. I have been a visiting lecturer and student supervisor at Strathclyde Business School and the University of Edinburgh Business School. I present regularly on the topic of Transactional Analysis.

I hold a Masters degree in Human Resource Management from Strathclyde University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Executive Coaching; Level A and B accredited by the British Psychological Society; and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
